Charles Ray Alexander appeals his conviction for attempted sexual performance of a child. After the jury found him guilty of the offense charged, the trial judge assessed punishment at ten years confinement, probated for ten years, and a $300 fine. In two points of error, appellant contends the trial judge erred in (1) overruling appellants motion for instructed verdict and (2) refusing to include a definition of "lewd exhibition of g******s" in the charge to the jury. We affirm the trial courts judgment.
